Bob here from the Tuesday night group.
After a fair bit of discussion, we have decided to terminate our rental of the Warriors of Time venue at the end of November. I've sent a note to Nick about this but thought it only fair to advise the other groups as well.
I've attached the email I sent to Nick below. It outlines our reasons for leaving and that we will still be making a $300ish contribution to crack repairs as promised.

Thanks for your note.
After the last club night, we’ve had a fairly extended discussion as a club, both in person and over email. As part of that, we continued to looked around at other options. Rather unexpectedly, found a good alternate space. Unfortunately, we needed to act by today to secure that space.
As good spaces are hard to come by, we decided as a club to move there. That is to say, we will be terminating our rental at the Warriors of Time at the end of November and returning our keys.
While we greatly appreciate the time and effort you and Reme have put into the Warriors of Time, the expected rent increase is more than we can bear. We are also concerned that the venue is not viable in the long-term.
We did previously agree to chip in for the crack repairs and we will make the following contributions:
1. We will donate the $100 key/cleaning deposit we made when we started renting.
2. We will donate the proceeds of two army sales. One sold for $85 and the other is currently on ebay with bids at $100 and rising.
I expect the total will end up close to $300. We’ll drop this off with the keys before the end of November.
I will be passing this information onto the other clubs who rent at the venue.
